Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched within three working days.

Our UK customers can choose between Royal Mail Standard 1st Class or Royal Mail Special delivery. In the case of the latter, your purchase will be tracked and require a signature on receipt.

UK Special delivery orders will arrive by 1pm in the afternoon after dispatch.

EU and international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed and will arrive with you between 7 to 14 days from dispatch.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We are confident that you will love your purchase.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order so that we may arrange a return or exchange.

We ask that returned products be in their original packaging. We advise that you use a service that requires a signature, as we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for items lost in transit. We will issue your refund or exchange once we receive the returned item.

We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items damaged by accident, mishandling or misuse.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide exchanges for studs or earrings, unless faulty.
