Collection: Claddagh & Luckenbooth

A traditional Irish relationship token, the Claddagh features two hands clasping a heart which is surmounted by a crown. It represents the qualities of love, friendship and loyalty. The way that a Claddagh ring is worn on the hand is usually intended to convey the wearer's romantic availability, or lack thereof. Wearing a Claddagh ring on your left hand with the tip of the heart towards your wrist shows your heart is taken.
The Luckenbooth is a heart-shaped symbol, or two intertwined hearts, topped with a crown. Quite commonly given as a love token or betrothal gift, it is also believed to have talismanic value for protection against the evil-eye.
