When you make a purchase, we ask you to provide personal information so that we can fulfil your order. This information includes your:

Your name, addresses, email address, and telephone number are all required to verify that you are authorised to make your transaction. We need details about your order to send you the correct products. We use your name and shipping address to send your order to you. We use your email address to send order and shipment confirmation emails. We also send a brief post-purchase customer survey through the third-party app Delighted. You cannot opt out of these emails. We may also use your email address or telephone number to contact you about your order or respond to any queries you might have. Unless you have signed up to our mailing list, you will not receive promotional emails. This information is shared with Squarespace who collect your information and send you emails on our behalf.
We also ask for your payment information in order to complete your order. Your payment information is processed via third party eCommerce Payment Processors Stripe or PayPal, depending on your choice of payment, in accordance with their terms and policies. We pass your payment information directly via an encrypted connection to Stripe or PayPal for them to process the transaction. We don’t collect or store your payment information, and it is not accessible to either us or Squarespace.
